This fabulous, newly furnished and renovated 200sqm Villa Niña Hermosa is located in the 5* Vista Lobos 63 residential complex and offers space for 12 guests with a 4m x 7m heated pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area. In an elevated position, the villa offers a panoramic view of the sea and the neighbouring islands. The impressive villa is only a 15-minute walk from the city centre and the beach and offers luxurious accommodation for families with children, friends or couples.


The Villa Niña Hermosa has 6 bedrooms, one with a safe. Additional air conditioning systems are located in the living room and dining room. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: upstairs master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and air conditioning, upstairs bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. On the ground floor there are three other bedrooms, two of them have double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, and a third bedroom with a double bed.
In addition, the villa has a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the ground floor and a toilet on the upper floor.

The huge lounge is a fantastic area to relax, it has a 70-inch flat screen LCD TV with an IPTV broadcast system in all languages (offers channels like Sky Sport 1, 2, 3 and 4, BT Sport 1 and 2, ITV 1, 2, 3 2 and 4, BBC 1, 2, 3 and 4...), pool table, PlayStation with new games, sofa, and WIFI connection with high-speed fibre optic internet connection. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and an Ethernet connection is also available for home offices.

A completely independent and modern fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook. You can enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room with a table for 12 people. This area has air conditioning
